Bakit Hindi Agad Nagjo-join Ang Prospect Mo?

Welcome again to my new blogpost my friend , bigla lang kasi ako napaisip na, bakit
kaya may mga prospect na after mo mapaliwanagan ng business, ay hindi pa rin nag-jojoin
kahit positive naman kausap?

Kapag finollow up mo naman ng finaloow up ay baka makulitan at hindi na magjoin.
Naisip mo din ba ito?

Pero don't worry, aside from isheshare ko sa iyo ang reason kung bakit hindi agad sila
nagjojoin, isheshare ko din sa iyo kung paano mo mapapasali agad ang super positive prospect mo, ready ka na ba? 

Eto yung pinaka reason kung bakit sila hindi nagjojoin.

HINDI SILA NAEDUCATE NG MABUTI SA INOOFFER MO.

Ano-ano ba ang dapat nilang malaman para makapag decide sila agad na magjoin o bumili ng inooffer mo?

Ilista mo ito, dapat sa simula palang malaman na nila ang mga bagay na ito;

1. Kitaan sa company mo at mga benefits

2.Magkano ang investment (Kahit mahal pa ang pay in ,basta't may tamang skills ka, sasali sila sa iyo, hindi ka pa masusulutan)

3. Ano ang mga products

4. Ano ang mapapala nila sa iyo kapag sumali sa team mo.

5. Paano nila makukuha ang commission if ever na kumita sila (Ito ang main concern ko, bago ako sumali)

Kapag well educated ang prospects mo, hindi mo na problema kung sasali ba sila sa iyo o hindi, makakpagdecide sila kung kailan sila magjojoin.

Pero tip ko din, huwag ka maiinip kung hanggang ngayon wala ka paring resulta, darating at darating din yan, basta consistent ka lang sa paggawa ng aksyon at PAG AARAL ng new and advanced SKILLSET.

Hindi mahalaga kung ano pa man ang iyong Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing Company, kung wala kang ilang solid Network Marketing Strategies na susundan then you are surely going to burn out due to lack of results. Sa katunayan, maraming tao ang sumasali sa ilang Network Marketing company, pagkatapos ng ilang buwan pagsali, ang kawalan ng resulta o marahil ang umasa ng easy results na pinangako ng nag-introduce sa kanila sa Network Marketing na kapag hindi kumita ay tatawagin na nila itong “Scam,” o “Pyramid Scheme” or something along those lines.
Ang dahilan kung bakit karamihan ng mga tao ay hindi makagawa ng income sa MLM or network marketing:
  1. Mayroon silang “get rich quick” mentality at hindi willing trabahuin o hustle pa kung pag-aaralan ang ilang mga kinakailangan sa business.

up the proper daily routine with putting up into action. Ito ang nakatakda mong gagawing aksyon for you to move forward in your business at buuin ang momentum. Hindi mo pa makikita ang pag-unlad sa isang linggo lang ngunit pagkatapos ng maraming araw, at ilang buwan, makikita mo ang napakalaking 
momentum at pagbabago! Ang pang araw-
araw na gawain ay maaaring binubuo ng 30 minutong exercises, 45 minutong pag-aaral sa marketing, 30 minutong mga pagtawag sa prospects, 30 minutes calling team, 45 minutes blogging and 1 hour studying leaders and motivation etc… Create your daily routine and stick to it!
Hindi mo magagawang maging successful ng walang nakasulat na plano, Gumawa ng  plano or blueprint na gagawin mo at yan magdadala mismo sa iyong layunin/goals. Rely on your training and other members of your network to stay the course and see your plan through to the end. Imposibleng maabot ang iyong goals 
without action. Leads will not convert themselves to sales without action. New distributors will not see the value in your business opportunity without you taking action.

#3. Maghanap ng MLM training opportunities na magbibigay saiyo ng kinakailangang skills and knowledge upang 
maabot ang mga goals.

Kailangan mo bang matutunan ang mga specific methods of lead generation to reach your network marketing goal? Ang masasabi ko lang, hindi ka mananalo sa isang giyera kung wala kang gagamiting tools at sapat na kaalaman sa papasuking laban. Sa larangan ng network marketing, kailangan mayroon kang  gagamiting marketing tools at sapat o nag-uumapaw na kaalaman o skills para ikaw ay mag-improve upang maabot ang iyong network marketing success, find MLM training resources dedicated to those needed areas of improvement. Hindi mo maaaring makuha ang iyong goals kung puro hataw ng hataw ng walang tinatamaan target, hindi mo magagawang maging successful ang duplication without the necessary information 
and skills.

Ngayon nagawa mo nang simulan ang iyong negosyo, ask empowering questions. “Paano ba ako magiging magaling na networker?” or “Ano ba ang maaari kong matutunan upang maging isang mas mahusay na leader?” or “Ano ba ang kailangan kong matutunan para magkaroon ng maraming prospects?” and “How do I become an expert in overcoming objections?” or “Paano ma-iimprove ng network marketing ang aking kasalukuyang situation?” If you ask a powerful question, maaaring malaman mo rin ang powerful answers. Questions will direct your focus and your mind. Ikaw, anong bang mga questions ang tinatanong mo saiyong sarili ngayon? At ano ang iyong gagawin para mahanap ang kasagutan?…

#5. Sell Yourself, Not your Products

follow leaders. Always sell yourself and your expertise as a marketer! People want to follow successful people. Ang mga tao ay sumasali ng higit pa sa kahit anong business opportunity! Stop leading with your product by being a salesperson. Learn to attract people and attract by marketing yourself as a leader! Kahit pa epektibong nakakapagbawas nga ng ito ng 400 pounds, o epektibo nga itong nakakapagpaputi. Products, hindi mahalaga kung gaano mahusay ang mga ito, carry a very low attraction and vibration and virtually zero loyalty or retention. Sense of community, leadership and training are much more powerful things to lead with and DO create retention and loyalty. Yan ang tila hindi alam ng marami sa’tin, ang basic principle of attraction marketing.

#6. Build trust and friendship

At the end of the day, this is relationship marketing. People will follow people they know, like and trust. Have a sincere desire to help people and care for them. Maglaan ng oras para pakinggan ang kanilang mga desires. Find out their pains and hurts. Pagkatapos, tingnan kung  ang iyong inaalok ay maaaring makatulong sa kanila. If you approach from this angle, hindi ka na mahihirapan saiyong recruiting. The Biggest Mistake that can Destroy you Business Overnight!

I just want to post this short article so you wont destroy your business just like other networkers.


One of the most common problem in network marketing or any other kind of business is that a lot of people do a lot ofcrazy talk.
They will pretend that they are having the results that their prospects wants so they can sign them up into their opportunity. (Lying)
They will pretend that they are already making a lot of money even they are losing thousands of dollars in their business.
The problem about this kind of shady tactic is that if your prospect finds out that you are just lying to him or her, your prospect will immediately going to stop working with you, and there is also a high chance that your prospect will tell everyone what you did to him or her.
Remember that the reason why people will work with you is because they TRUST you. If you break that trust with your prospect, you will soon suffer the consequence.
In fact the bible says..
The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out. ~ Proverbs 11:3
Now how can you persuade your prospects to join your business opportunity if you are telling lies to them








Just tell the truth and just tell
 them that 
what you got can solve their problem.
You must understand that people wants to belead. If you can give them a game plan on how 

to achieve their dreams, they will follow you 
and do business with you.

Just ask some questions and find out what do your prospects want in their life.
If you find the things that your prospects want to accomplish, just use your opportunity as a vehicle to achieve their dreams.
Always remember that don`t make yourself the issue.  I already sign up a lot of people a few years ago in my first opportunity even they know that i am just starting that time.
The reason that they follow me is because they can sense my passion and I believe in what I`m doing.

Ang Personal Develpoment-Ito nb ang Pinaka Importanteng Factor ng Success???   
Ng magsimula ako sa Network Marketing, marami na akong narinig na nagsabi na ang personal development daw ang pinaka-importanteng salik (wow lalim!) sa pagkakaroon ng success.  At dahil di ko naman sinasabi na hindi mahalaga ang Personal Development para sa tagumpay, pati na rin ang mga training at pag-aaral, kailangan mong maging maingat na huwag mahulog sa tinatawag na "Personal Development trap" o "learning trap". Naniniwala ako na bagaman ang dalawang ito ay mahalaga, ay pwedeng itong maging mga "trap" at karamihan sa atin na hindi pa nagiging successful ay nakakalimutang ang MAS mahalagang bagay sa pag-achieve ng success, hindi ito personal development, hindi mga training, hindi rin leadership... lahat ito ay importante... pero ang PINAKAMAHALAGANG factor ay simple lang - ang pagkakaroon ng CONSISTENT ACTION!


Ano Nga Ba Ang Katangian Na Wala Ang Karamihan Na Meron Sa Isang Leader?
Ang isang bagay na nagbubukod sa mga leaders at sa mga taong hindi pa nagkakaroon ng resulta ay ang paggawa ng consistent na action. At ang magaling pa sa kanila ay gumagawa sila ng mga consistent na action HANGGANG sa sila ay magkaresulta. Hindi sila sumusuko kahit napakahirap pa ng kanilang pinagdadaanan. Hindi sila sumusuko kahit minsan maliit pa ang nagiging resulta ng kanilang action - at minsan pa nga ay pakiramdam nila ay walang nangyayari sa mga ginagawa nila. Ipagpatuloy mo lang ang paggawa ng consistent action at MARARATING MO RIN ANG TAGUMPAY! Isama mo dito ang elemento ng Trainings at Personal Development at siguradong tagumpay ang makakamit mo!

Ang bottomline question ay ito: "Consistent naman ako sa mga ginagawa kong actions, bakit wala pa ring nangyayari sa MLM business ko"? Maaring ang sagot dyan ay hindi effective ang mga ginagawa mong action. Huwag kang hihinto. Kailangan mo lang alamin ang mga actions na effective. Walang saysay ang mga ginagawa mong pamamaraan kung hindi naman effective ang mga ito. Ang isa sa mga kasagutan dito ay makikita sa mga leaders. Sabi nga nila ang Network Marketing ay copy business - kopyahin mo ang mga ginagawa ng mga leaders.
  • Humanap ka ng isang leader na willing i-share ang mga bagay na ginawa nila na nagbigay sa kanila ng resulta. Marami sa kanila ay mas approachable kesa
  • sa inaakala mo, pero kailangan mong mag-qualify para sa kanilang oras sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng consistent action!
  • Bumili o mag-enroll ka sa mga courses na ginawa ng mga leaders. Hindi ka kikita sa negosyo mo kung hindi ka mag-iinvest (di ba namuhunan ka nung nag-pay-in ka?, kagaya rin ito nun). Karamihan sa mga leaders na ito ay gumawa ang mga courses na ito para ipakita at guide-an ka sa iyong business at para makuha mo ang mga resulta mong hinahanap.





Sa huli, gaya ng lahat ng bagay sa ating buhay, walang  madaling paraan para makamit ang tagumpay. Sinisiguro ko sayo na ang daan papunta sa tagumpay ay baku-bako, minsan ay madulas pa!
