9 Network Marketing Recruiting Skills
Maraming nagsasabi na ang network marketing business ay mahirap, kasi hirap ang karamihan mag recruit, sa totoo lang simple lang ito pero it requires lots of effort. 
Yes! Network Marketing recruiting is the simplest business ever known. Here I will show you 9 simple steps of how to become a network marketing recruiting rock star!
Kung kaya ito ng iba, I'm sure kakayanin mo din. Keep it simple.

  1. Find people to talk to- .Sa ganitong business masasbai ko na hindi ka seryoso kung hindi ka nagkakaroon ng kakausapin ng kahit isang tao lang sa isang araw, It is a huge problem kung hirap kang makahanap kahit isa lang, your prospect is the lifeblood of your business.
  2. Break the Ice- Start a conversation, you must learn ho to build a rapport, pwede mo kamustahin ang isang prospect sa umpisa, Huwag yung promote agad ng promote, natural lang sa isang tao ang ayaw na binebentahan
  3. Ask questions- Ask about themselves. About their job, if they have any kids. If they enjoy working during the weekends, how long they have been living in the area. The person who asks more questions is in charge of the conversation.
  4. Build rapport- Building trust is the most important network marketing recruiting skill. Oncena nakapag initiate ka na ng conversation try to 
  5. Find something in common with them. This can be like, “saan ka nakatira"how's your family"
  6. Pique their interest
  7. Once you have broke the ice and build trust, ask if they are open to earn extra income. This can be a simple question like,  “open ka ba sa idea na pwede kang kumita ng extra income kahit busy ka?”,“If the time and money were right and it did not interfered in what you are currently doing, are you open to make extra income?”, “Listen, I am working with a company right now that is expanding in the area that are 
  8. looking for some help, don’t know if its for you but I would be happy to share some information with you?”
  9. If they say no, simply change the conversation, don’t try to convince ANYONE!
  10. If they say yes ask them if its ok to shoot them some information and if you can contact them the next day. *Don’t forget to get their phone number!
  11. Follow up- If its a no after the have looked at the information, say thanks and move on.
  12. If they say yes, 3 way call them with your upline to manswer any question

Your job is to simply become the best tour guy that takes them in front of the information. If you learn how to master the process you will be ahead of the 95% of network marketers. It all takes is practice, practice, practice. And if someone says “No” move on to the next person as soon as possible. This is a numbers game, the more people you talk to the faster your business grows. All Network marketing recruiting rocks stars where once bad in this process, but in able to become great at it you have to be willing to be bad at it first.
